Here is a post that I have been promising to write for a while now, a more in depth post about super fruits. If you don't know what super fruits are, they are basically a wonder fruit that can do amazing things. Some are filled with high antioxidants. Others help with boosting your metabolism. Some are even known for preventing cancer or killing cancer cells. They are amazing and perfect diet additions for the summer! Today I am going to show you my top 9 that do it all.

1. Pomegranates-- this lovely fruit is stuffed with antioxidants, which strengths you ability to fight diseases and infections as well as preventing certain cell damages.
2. Apples-- That's right! America's classic fruit is a super hero, if you will. Apples are an amazing source of fiber and it's skin contains an anti-inflammatory antioxidant which may help protect against heart disease and allergies. So an apple a day really does keep the doc away.
3. Cranberries-- This fruits aren't just a perfect Thanksgiving sauce, they also protect against urinary and tract infections. They are also full of, you guessed it, our fruit bff antioxidants!
4. Blackberries-- These lovely fruits are ranked in the top 10 super fruits by the USDA. They are specifically rich in polyphenols, the same family of antioxidants found in green
tea, which may help prevent cardiovascular disease, cancers, and osteoporosis! Perfect disease fighting snack!
5. Grapes-- This easy and nutrition snack is filled with a powerful antioxidant called resveratrol, which promotes a healthy heart. They also naturally whiten your teeth, so you can through away all your bleach!
6. Pineapples-- Not only is pineapple a perfect summer fruit it is filled with a god send enzyme called bromelain, a digestive enzyme that helps break down food to reduce bloating. (Perfect period food, ladies!)
7. Strawberries-- These delicious fruits are an amazing source of vitamin c, one cup and you have reached you recommended daily dose. They also help whiten your teeth when mixed with the baking soda trick!
