Hello lovelies!,
Happy inspire Sunday. The last couple months we have been
talking about self-love and positivity, and the topic of confidence has come up
multiple times. Therefore, I wanted to address exactly what confidence is and
easy tips and tricks you can try to obtain it.

multiple times. Therefore, I wanted to address exactly what confidence is and
easy tips and tricks you can try to obtain it.
In prepping for this post, I went on a journey looking up the exact definition
of confidence. This of course started a domino effect. Yet in the end, I came up
with the definition that confidence is complete trust in
one's ideas and strengths. Then I looked up trust and I found: reliance on a person's integrity. Then finally integrity means steady devotion to one's morals or
honesty. To sum this all up for you guys self-
confidence means believing in your abilities and having dedication to your
morals and beliefs.
Now this obvious very hard to do. We
are our toughest critics, therefore, completely trusting in ourselves,
our decisions, and strengths is a lot to ask of one person. So here are some
easy tips and a few mantras to help you when you start to feel that nagging
voice of self-doubt.
1.Superficial Aspects-- this is something that everyone says and most
people think are superficial and dumb, but trust me they actually work. Simple
things like putting a little more time in your appearance or having good posture
can really boost your self esteem and self-confidence.
2. Health Aspects-- practicing better, healthy habits such as working out
and eating healthier can not only relive stress but make you feel happier, short
term and long term, and boost your self-confidence.
3. Relax and enjoy-- taking the time to relax and/or do something you enjoy
can quickly boost your mood, relieve stress, and boost your confidence all at
the same time. I like to take a spa day in these case (if you guys would
like a post on that, I would be happy to oblige-- just leave a comment down
below.)
4. Make a difference-- giving back to your community can easily not only
boost your self confidence but as well as your self worth. After you do a little
charity work ,not only would have you helped those in need but yourself as
well.
5. Speak up-- Making sure your heard is a little nerve racking at first,
but, trust me, after not just talking the talk but also walking the walk you
will feel like a million bucks!

"I love and accept myself for who I am"
"I am beautiful, I am smart, I am important"
"I can do anything and everything I put my mind to"
