Today, as part of #BikiniBody, I wanted to add on to the
post we did last Tip Tuesday on what to cut out of your diet. Except today I
wanted to talk about what to add into your diet. Easy as 1-2-3 incorporations
that can boost your energy levels, metabolism, mood and overall health.

wanted to talk about what to add into your diet. Easy as 1-2-3 incorporations
that can boost your energy levels, metabolism, mood and overall health.
1. Water-- this is a given and a cliché but it really is important.
Dehydration can lead to dryness in your body, hair, nails, skin, lips, etc. So
drink up!
2. Super Fruits-- These certain fruits are amazing for providing important
nutrients and antioxidants as well as fighting/preventing diseases and cancer. I
will be doing a post more on this next Tuesday as a top 5, but some of
my favorite super fruits are: strawberries, blackberries, pomegranates,
cranberries, etc.
3. Veggies-- These are perfect to snack on and provide nutrients that boost
energy levels, brain power, and overall health.
4. Nuts-- These act as easy protein points, especially if your a vegetarian
or vegan, these are great sources of not just protein but fiber as well.
