Burger king is not going to help you get that toned, healthy bikini body we
want! So save a little money and your health goals by resisting the drive
through.
2. Red meat-- Now this is something you don't
have to completely give up, but I do suggest you eat less of it. Red meat is
heavy and hard to work off. White meat such as chicken, fish, and turkey, is
leaner, easier to work off, and has better nutritional value.
3. Soda-- another thing you don't have to
completely say goodbye to, but that you shouldn't have on an everyday basis.
Soda is good, but it has no nutritional value whatsoever. Therefore, its doing
absolutely nothing for our bodies except adding in unwanted sugar that eventual
turns into fat. To help you lean off of this, you can mix carbonated water with
a little bit of juice when your craving something bubbly.
