Hey guys,
and Happy Mani Tuesday! As I declared last Tuesday, the next
month my tip Tuesdays will be centered around manicures and how to make them
easier and fun! This Tuesday I wanted to talk about ways to clean up those
little mistakes that go outside the lines when your painting your nails. I've
found three easy and inexpensive ways to do so and wanted to share them with you
guys.
and Happy Mani Tuesday! As I declared last Tuesday, the next
month my tip Tuesdays will be centered around manicures and how to make them
easier and fun! This Tuesday I wanted to talk about ways to clean up those
little mistakes that go outside the lines when your painting your nails. I've
found three easy and inexpensive ways to do so and wanted to share them with you
guys.
The first way, is what I do, and that's to use an inexpensive eye brush, one
from elf or the dollar store, and your nail polish remover to clean up around
the edges. I like doing this because it gives me more control and its very
easy to do while your waiting for a coat to dry plus a little more precise then
the second option. The second way is very similar to the first, which
is using a cotton swab to clean up your nails. I used to this
before I found the first way and it works just the same plus cotton swabs are
something you most likely already have around the house. Finally, the third way
is to buy a manicure pen. I have seen these recently around the drugstore
specifically from Sally Hanson. Its basically just a little pen with a brush tip
on it that's filled with nail polish remover so it's great for being hassle free
and spill proof. Plus if your pen runs out or nail polish remover, it's
refillable so you don't have to go out and buy a new pen. All three ways are
inexpensive and easy, so try out each one and see what you like best. Then leave
a comment down below and tell me which one you likes best or if you've found
another way to clean up your mani, let us know! Also check out the mani I'm
rocking today on instagram: http://instagram.com/p/ju4QQGFlR6/
