Hello loves,
I usually wouldn't do back to back movie reviews, but considering they were two amazing movies, I broke the rules a little. I just came back from seeing the movie rendition of the Fault in Our Stars. That's a lie. I went to see the movie, then went out to eat, at cheesecake factory, if you are wondering (Pretty sure that's my new favorite restaurant. What's yours?) Then I rushed home so I could rave about this movie to you all!

I usually don't like it when movies stick to close to the book or stray to far from it, but this movie basically took every line from the book and I loved it. When someone as amazing as John Green rights something as beautiful as the Fault in Our Stars, it is not to be messed or tampered with, my friend. If you haven't heard of this movie or book, Its about a romance story between two cancer patients. Yet you realize that cancer is not who they are. Just like the characters realizes that its not the number of people that know your name, but about the people who knew who you are. The director (Josh Boone), Ansel Elgort (Augustus Waters), and Shajlene Woodley, who is slowly becoming my favorite actress, (Hazel Grace) really took the novel and put it one the screen. Its everything I imaged it would be and more.
Im pretty sure I cried about 20x more than I did when I read the book. And I cried a lot during and after (mostly after) I read this book. The actors played out the role so well, the misery, anger, confusion. sadness, the rare moments of happiness. I was an emotional roller-coaster, wrecking everything in my way. One scene I was laughing, next scene I am balling my eyes out. To make a short story shorter, I absolutely, positively loved this movie. If you haven't seen this movie, go see it. If you haven't read to book, go read it. Ill let them speak for themselves.
