Happy Tip Tuesday! And welcome to the first
#BikiniBody post. Today I want to give you guys a few tips on how to motivate
yourself to workout. Because let's be real! Sometimes we don't want to get up at
7 in the morning, sometimes earlier, to do vigorous movement and end
up with burning sides, aching feet and thighs, when we could be sleeping in.
Yet, with these simple tips, you'll be working out everyday and might even enjoy
it. Lets get started

yourself to workout. Because let's be real! Sometimes we don't want to get up at
7 in the morning, sometimes earlier, to do vigorous movement and end
up with burning sides, aching feet and thighs, when we could be sleeping in.
Yet, with these simple tips, you'll be working out everyday and might even enjoy
it. Lets get started
Timing- The image above brings us to my first tip which is timing. Now I get up in the
morning to workout because I find that if I wait till the end of the day, Ill
find excuses not to exercise. You should find the best time of day to workout
for your schedule and the amount of time you workout for.
Planning-- I find that when I plan what form of exercise im going to do,
Im more likely to do so. I usually sit down on Sunday and write in my fitness
journal the days I'm going to workout, the days Im going to rest, and what
exercise I'm doing.
Type of Exercise-- I don't know about you, (but im feeling 22! LOL-sorry
every time I hear those words the song goes off in my head! Comment and let me
know if that happens to you with this song or another annoyingly catchy one :)
but I find that I when im doing a type of exercise that I like, I'll actually
want to work out. I really like to run and dance. Find what works for you.
Change-- I get really bored when I do one type of exercise all the time
and find myself not wanting to work out. If this happens to you, try switching
it up and trying new types of exercise that you like and that work for you.
Music-- I find music to be a huge motivator, especially when I'm working
out. It gets me and keeps me really pumped. If you find yourself tiring out,
quiting, or falling asleep in the middle of your workout, try making a playlist
of music that will motivate you and keep you wide awake.
Cute Clothes-- This might be a little superficial, but there is no shame
in getting fit and looking good while doing so. I find that cute clothes and
shoes always gets me excited to workout because I'm excited to wear my cute
clothes.
