So every tip Tuesday for about the next month and a half will be about healthy eating, working out, motivation to do so, and overall a healthy/ healthier lifestyle.(Every Friday will be a beauty/fashion post of some sort, so don't freak out-- there won't be healthy overload! :) This was one of my New year's resolutions, so I wanted to share some of the tips I've discovered and share this journey with you guys.
