Firework Toppers (the fun part)
Ingredients
white chocolate
Red and Blue Sprinkles
Directions
Melt your white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted, stirring in between each interval. (Put the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, take out and stir and repeat.) This is important so that your chocolate doesn't burn. After your chocolate is completely melted, transfer into a piping bag. Spray down a cookie sheet or baking pan, then pipe out your chocolate into little firework shapes. Top them with your sprinkles, then let them sit in the fridge until solid. Then top your cupcakes with your festive décor!

Easy, right? Trust me, it may look like a lot, but once you take a closer look, its easier than pie. If you do a recreation of these cupcakes, send me a pic on twitter, facebook, or instagram with the #xoxorecipes. What recipe would you like to next? I want to do more health conscience recipes because, and I blame this all on Independence day, I have gotten a little off track health wise. But its good to take a break every once in while, right?
