I don't know about you, but whenever I get in a swimsuit, I am most conscious about my belly, thighs, and butt.(If you gals want a post on my favorite thigh and butt workouts as well, I shall be happy to oblige. Leave a comment down below) Its finally starting to get hot here in Chicago, so that means it time to break out the swim wear, cover ups, beach bags, and sandals!! Today I wanted to share my favorite abs workouts so that we can slim down together and break out the bikinis for summer time!

Today I wanted to share my favorite abs workouts so that we can slim down together and break out the bikinis for summer time!
1. Planking-- I love this workout, it really works out your abs! Don't let this move let trick you, it will wear you out!! You just simply get into a push up position, except you are on your forearms, and hold. Try to hold for at least a minute.
2. Side plank-- This move really targets your oblique (your abs on the side). If you want to add a little to this move you can move your hips downward so your pulsing or lift one arm in the air.
3. Butt lift-- This exercise is really good for working out the butt and abs. You want to get in the position above and when moving into the position below, tighten your abs and butt to make sure you get the best results. Then release when you go back down. You can also hold this position, for a reverse plank.
4. Sideways run-- Now this most likely not what this move is professionally called, but seeing as it is not a professional this is what I am going to call it.... :) With this exercise, you want to lay flat on your back with your arms behind your head and pull your knee up to your shoulder, while you test your waist and arms in the opposite direction. I love this one for abs and thighs!
5. Reverse Butt Lift-- Once again, probably not the proper name. If you do know the names to these moves, please correct me in the comments below, because I hate butchering things. (that's why I love spell check) Any who, for this move, you start with flat on your back with your knees bent and in the air. Then you lift you knees and bring them to your chest. This really targets your lower abs.
