I wanted to introduce a new permanent series on
my blog called Top 5. Every other Tuesday, alternate to the Tip Tuesdays, I will
give a list of my top 5 favorites based on a random theme. I hope you guys
enjoy this series and hope its a nice little break from tip Tuesdays while still
getting suggestions.
This top 5 is going to be my top 5 favorite healthy
breakfast ideas. I know it can be a little tough to work in a healthy breakfast
while getting ready for school or work at the same time; I'm going to list 5 of my
favorite healthy on the go breakfast ideas that sure to make your routine easier
and healthier.

favorite healthy on the go breakfast ideas that sure to make your routine easier

1.Fruit Smoothies-- A perfect and easy on the go breakfast that can be totally customized to however you feel that day. All you need is some fruit, frozen or fresh, ice, and a liquid. You can also add protein powder to make a perfect post workout meal that fills you up and repairs your muscles. Click here for my favorite recipe!
2.Green Smoothies-- A nice refreshing smoothie with added health benefits of green veggies that you can't even taste. Once again, totally customizable and you only need a blender, veggies of your choice, water, and fruit. Add some protein for delicious and nutritious post workout meal. Here is a recipe I love!
3. Yogurt-- When I want a light, sweeter treat for breakfast, I go for yogurt. I just add some fruit a little honey or guava nectar to plain yogurt, and voila! You have a healthy breakfast that you can place in a
jar and go.

5. Burritos-- When
I do want to have an actual meal I opt for a burrito. I make mine with egg whites and lost of veggies wrapped up in a whole wheat tortilla. Here is a tried and true recipe
