Hello loves,
So a couple of days ago I went to go see Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug or aka Hobbit 2 and was totally blown away ,yet at the same time thoroughly pissed off. If you haven't heard of Hobbit 2 its basically the continuation of the dwarves and the hobbit's journey to restore the dwarves homeland. In Hobbit 2 they face Smaug (the dragon), piss him off, and accidently set him free to go and destroy Lake-Town.

I loved the thought put behind this movie. You can tell that the cast and crew paid attention to detail and perfected every part of the movie. They added in elements of love and family which really enhanced the feelings of desperation, need, and determination. This also really bumps up the suspension
and action overall. The way they filmed the movie was really sporadic and a few may have found it confusing ,but for me it was quite easy to follow. I liked that you saw the movie from everyone's perspective rather then just the hobbit's-- it really allowed you to understand everyone's point of view and once again bump up the emotions in the movie which really got the audience into
it so they could feel the same emotions.
What thoroughly pissed me off was that since they added so many elements in, they cut one book into three different movies!! Yup this movie ended in yet another cliff hanger. I understand taking one book and turning it into two movies, but three, seriously.
I'm also worried about what their going to do to take the battle of Smaug into a two hour movie and whether or not it will be all action. The reason I love the Hobbit movies was because even though it was an action/adventure movie it still had thought and a background story too with a hint of fantasy mixed in, so for the last movie to be all action and no thought would devastate me. Have you guys seen Hobbit? If you have let me know what you thought and how you think the next movie is going to turn out.
