Hello loves,
I have the second collab of the week for you all and I absolutely adore my partner in crime for this post, Abby Talks. She does such great reviews over on her blog and she is just super sweet and has really great vibes and a wonderful personality, so you can imagine my excitement when she agreed to collab with me. Today we decided to do our top 10 under $10. This is my first time doing a post like this, so comment down below if you want me to do more later on down the line.

Today we decided to do our top 10 under $10. This is my first time doing a post like this, so comment down below if you want me to do more later on down the line.
1. L'Oreal Silkissime Liners
I have been absolutely raving about these liners for the past couple of months on m blog so you guys are probably tired of hearing about them, but I just cannot control myself when it comes to these liners. They are super cream and they just glide on to your lid. I do have to set them, but it is so worth it because they are easy to apply and are only $8.
2. Covergirl Jumbo Gloss Balms
Now these are something I don't talk about as often, but I absolutely love these. They really glide onto the lips and I love how its sheer color because then I can pull of those brights and darker colors. I also love the formula because it is literally a gloss in a balm form so it apply as easily as a balm and looks like a really gorgeous gloss on the lips!
.3. Revlon Color Burst Lip Butters
Something that I just tried out recently this summer and I have been beating up myself about not trying them sooner because they have been in the drugstore for like 2 years if not longer. But I am glad that I have finally tried them out! They really gorgeous and, I have found, have great pigmentation and are life a lip stick - lip balm hybrid. They have the application of a balm but look lip a lip stick on the lips!
4. E.L.F Cream Liner
Another one that I have been bragging about lately! This liner has literally been on my eyes every time I wear makeup since October. I wore it to my homecoming and just absolutely fell in love. It is a cream liner so I have to use a separate brush to apply, but I think that's a bonus because then you can use what ever liner brush makes it the easiest to apply the product. The formula of the liner itself is super creamy, but it doesn't smudge because after it dries, its dry and is not going anywhere!
5. Garnier Cleansing Oil
This is actually a product I have been trying out since mid October and it just doesn't get enough love on my channel compared to how much I use and love this bad boy. Its a drugstore cleansing oil first of all. It is a part of Garnier line where they have different products for different skin types. The cleansing oil is for dry and I would agree because this oil is super liquid-y and highly moisturizing. It does a wonderful job of taking off my makeup without stripping my face of its natural oils.
6. Sally Hansen Extreme Wear Polishes
If you have been on my channel for a while, you know how much I love this. Yet, for all the newbies, I am going to rave about them one more time! These polishes are so good and so inexpensive. They have an amazing constancy, wonderful color payoff, and a really magnificent brush that makes applying this product very easy. Sally Hansen has a great color range for this line as well and its only $3 a piece. Talk about a steal!
7. Freeman Feeling Beautiful Charcoal Facial Mask
This product is not too hyped up on my channel compared to others, but it is very much loved. The consistency of this mask with the exfoliating beads in it make it kind of hard to apply. Yet, once you get the hang of it, its pretty dang amazing. I find that it helps with all the small bumps on my face and really does a great job of smoothing out my face and making my skin feel fresh and revitalized.
8. Milani Brilliant Shine Glosses
Another not too hyped, yet very much loved product. These glosses are glossy. If you don't like so super glossy they might just slip right off my lips type of glosses, then these aren't for you. Yet, if you don't mind that, they are really pigmented and smell heavenly. They also fad beautifully throughout the day. I just swiped these on in the morning and I don't reapply during the day, and when I come home, my lips look like a water down version of what I put on this morning. That doesn't really sell the product does it. Any who, it really good and I like them.
9. Essie Polishes
I've never really talked about the overall formulation or my opinion on Essie polishes, but since there in my top 10 I must like them. Essie has such a wonderful color selection and their polishes are super thin, in a good way, and have great color pay off. I do wish they had better brushes, but other than that-- they are like magic in a bottle.
10. Maybelline Color Elixir Glosses
Speaking of magic, lets talk about these glosses. They are a bit thicker and more tacky then most glosses I love. Yet, they are super moisturizing and look so lovely on the lips. I really love the nude-y colors in this line and have a lot of them. They are just a great solid gloss that I recommend to a lot of people.
