Hello beautifuls!
Today I wanted to do my first Beauty Don't!
post. This is going to be just like a Fashion Don't!, but on a beauty trend
rather than a fashion one. Please do remember that these are my opinions that I
have every right to express. If you have a different view on the matter, please
do let me know in the comment section below. If you agree with me please also
let me know that down below. Todays Beauty Don't! is about a spring trend that
everyone is becoming obsessed with, and that is white eyeliner.

White eyeliner is one of the oldest tricks in the book. Apply it to the
waterline to brighten up your eyes and make them appear bigger. This spring, one
of the biggest trends is to apply liquid white eyeliner to your lid or upperlash
line. I don't like this look, especially on darker olive and brown skin tones.
Even on pale skin tones, white liquid eyeliner tends to make your look dead or
pop out in a bad way. Although it does enhance your eye shape and size-- it over
exaggerates it to the point where you 'looked like you are always surprised. I
just feel that this trend is a little bit over board and doesn't look like that
natural look with pops of color that you want for spring. It also, overall,
doesn't complement a lot of skin tones and eye shapes.
To end this
beauty post off on a high note, I want to mention a trend that I do love for
spring and summer-- colored eyeliner. Colored eyeliner provides that pop of
color you want for these warmer seasons and since their are so many colors to
choose from and ways to use it-- your bound to find something that suits
your eye color, shape, and skin tone. You can go simple and flirt for and
everyday look or big and bold for a nighttime look. Either way, there is no
going wrong with this trend that finds its way back to the runaway and red
carpet every spring and summer
