#1: Substitutes
To ensure that my entire party can fully enjoy themselves on Thanksgiving, I have made food substitutes. Some people don't eat meat, have high cholesterol, or diabetes and I have made there own meals/versions so they can feast with the rest of the family and not feel left out.
#2: Entertainment
This, to me, is super important. I mean you have to have something to do after you guys all pig out! I have board games and just dance planned. Can somebody say party time?
#3: Volunteer Work!
I actually did some volunteer work this morning for my local meals on wheels establishment and I really loved it. I even planned to do Bernie's Book Bank tomorrow. I love volunteering, especially this time of year because I feel like this is what Thanksgiving is all about--giving back to your community and being grateful for all the little things you have.

Let me know in the comments all your last minute things that you are checking off your Thanksgiving list. Also what are you guys doing for Thanksgiving? I am kind of regretting letting my mother host Thanksgiving at our house this year because now she expects me to help. . . Next year we are going to straight to Grandma's house!! :D
