Hello girls,
It is summer! Which means, unfortunately, more shaving time. I'll be the first to admit that, in the winter, I was wearing long john and jeans every day... so I didn't shave. I mean there really is no point right? (Pls tell me I'm not the only one?!) Yet it is bright and sunny outside, which leads to skirts and shorts, which means it is time to give up my hairy yeti days! I wanted to show you my biggest tip for getting that close shave from smooth and beautiful legs for summer time!!

The ultimate tip I have for anyone when shaving is to exfoliate before you shave. I find that exfoliating gets all the dead skin cells off and makes it easier to get all the hair off. This helps the process go faster, prevent razor bumps and shaving rashes, plus it makes your legs look that much more better after you shave. Now you obviously don't want an exfoliator that is too rough, but you don't want a too gentle exfoliator that does nothing (I hate products like that! How can you even call yourself an exfoliator if you don't exfoliate?). Some of my favorite gentle, almost everyday exfoliators that I love for before shaving purposes are Tree Hut Shea Sugar Body Scrubs and the St. Ives Purifying Sea Salt Body Wash. If you would like to make a DIY one at home, here is my favorite recipe.
I hope this tip helped you guys! Let me know what you do at home to get smooth and a silky legs to get rid of your winter yeti legs! Plus what are your favorite Shaving products? (P.s I love Venus razors and Satin Care shaving gels!)
