Hey guys,
And happy Sunday! Let me just apologize now, before I start,
about how late this Inspire Sunday is. I have been doing a lot of traveling
lately to go see family and recently just got home at like 11 o'clock tonight,
so there was a little delay. Anyways, todays Loving Me
February is about finding/creating yourself.
And happy Sunday! Let me just apologize now, before I start,
about how late this Inspire Sunday is. I have been doing a lot of traveling
lately to go see family and recently just got home at like 11 o'clock tonight,

February is about finding/creating yourself.
Now last week, we were talking about insecurities and how to accept
them, and the first step to accept this is to not focus on them, but instead on
the things you do like about yourself. Yet, how do you know what you like about
yourself without knowing yourself? And I know what your thinking, "Asia, how do
I not know myself? I'm me!". But, I've found when you explore and open yourself
up to the world, you learn new things about yourself-- therefore finding more
things you love about yourself and more things about you as a person and your
personality.
Now, how do you find/create yourself? Well that's what I'm
about to tell you right now!
CREATING
1) Pick your morals--
now this is pretty
deep for teens, but its because we are teens that this step
is the most important because your morals is what you will base every decision
you make off of (and you make a lot at this age, sometimes without even
knowing). Ask yourself ,Do you want to be independent or family oriented? Growth
mindset or honest? Respectful or responsible? All of the above and more? You
choose and once you do write them down and live by them.
FINDING
1) Explore the world--
now this doesn't mean get up, go on a 15 hr plan ride across the country, and
spend a bunch of money on traveling. I mean you could, but you can explore the
world from right at home. Learn more about what the world around you
through your computer or tv programs. Finding this new knowledge might change
your point of views and perspectives. 2) Find new
interest and hobbies-- go ahead, explore and find new passions
and things you love to do. This will definitely develop your personality more.

I hope these tips help you on your journey to figuring out who you are as a
person and loving yourself as a human being.
