Hey guys,
So today I have my first health Tip Tuesday for you guys and it's going to be on a easy way I have found to drink more water. Water makes up 75% of our bodies and helps with our energy levels and keeping our body hydrated ,so its essential! But I know water can be very bland ( It literally either have no taste at all or taste horrible) so something I've discovered I like to do is add fruit to my water!

You can add frozen or fresh-- I tend to like frozen because it last longer, its cheaper, and it adds more of that fruit flavor to your water. And you don't have to just add fruit; you can add mint or ginger if you want to keep it fresh or add more health benefits to your water. Or you can add cucumber, mint, and lemon to make a DIY spa water. I like to, on an everyday basis, add frozen strawberries and blueberries. Or if I want something simple-- lemon and a hint of mint. I hope this tip helps you drink more water and keep hydrated.
