Hello loves,
I have been trying to turn over a new leaf when in comes to my health in the past couple of weeks and I have finally discovered what keeps holding me back. I am perfectly fine when it comes to working out, but I am horrible at eating right! I start out fine then once I start caving to my unhealthy eating, I give up working out too because I figure what is the point if I am eating bad. So I was thinking we can keep each other accountable with the #xofitspiration. Use that hashtag on instagram or twitter and we can keep each other going!
As for what I wanted to share with you guys today, I have a new smoothie recipe I have been loving and wanted to share. Check it out!

I have been loving using these new Dole Fruit and Veggie frozen packs. They are great for adding vegetables to your diet because I am notorious for not having enough servings in a day. They also really allow for portion control. I noticed before when I make smoothies that I always guestimate how much of everything I am supposed to put in the blender and end up making more than 1 serving. So I end up drinking all of it, which isn't good, or wasting it, which isn't much better. So this has helped a lot. I just follow the instructions on the back except I add a few things like yogurt and some times protein powder for after a work out and I have a healthy veggie smoothie that I actually want to drink!
Recipe
3/4 cups of Dole Fruit and Veggies
3/4 cups of yogurt
1/2 banana (optional)
3/4 cups of your choice of liquid (I prefer coconut water)
1 serving of your favorite protein powder (optional)
3/4 cups of yogurt

3/4 cups of your choice of liquid (I prefer coconut water)
1 serving of your favorite protein powder (optional)
Directions
Mix it all up in your blender of choice!
