The Brand
I have heard a lot of good things about Plum Paper and I don't have a bad thing to say myself. I love that you can choose which month it starts in so you are not wasting it. The price is good for the quality and I love the many different types of planners they have and the many different covers. It shipped in the time frame it said it would and didn't come damaged. I love the paper quality!! Which is what everyone says but its true! :D I also love the colors of the planner on the inside, the customer service is amazing, and the upgrades they continue to make makes their planners better and better. All in all, no complaint here!
Planner Overview
When you first open the planner you get a planner belongs to page with space to write your name and other info. Then you see a yearly overview, and since my planner goes until September 2016 I get a 2015 and a 2016 yearly overview. Then you see the monthly tabs which are colored. I love the colors of this planner which are ombre blues, purples, pinks, and greens.
On the back of each monthly divider you get a monthly highlights "dashboard". It comes with three circles at the top for monthly goals, then a space for birthdays, a place for events, a big list for things to remember, then two untitled list that you can customize. The also changed up the monthly a bit-- instead of the birthday, events, and notes, they just put two empty lined spaces for whatever list you like. I like this since I am not using this planner for life and it gives me more writing room! After the monthly you get 6 extra note pages for monthly notes (12 all together!)
You also get some special dates, holidays, and contact pages in the back of the planner, but I forgot to take pics of those!
How I am Using it
I am using the October dashboard as a place to track my monthly to-dos, goals, series, top post to get done and top post read, and my beginning and ending social media stats. I use the notes page that comes before the monthly view for post ideas and then I use the post it method on the monthly overview. I have a color code key so after a post is published or scheduled then I write the post on the planner in that colored pen. This way I can track what type of post I am doing, so that way I am not being repetitive and actually adding variety.
For the notes pages after the monthly view, I use those to write down post details and list. For example, my September favs went live yesterday and I made a list of what I wanted to talk about and why I liked them in this planner. This way when I am sitting down to write a post or film a video I know what I want to talk about and don't miss anything!

Well that's it! If you guys have an editorial calendar than please let me know how you use it, so I can some new tips and tricks. Also do any of you guys use a plum paper as a life planner? I was really impressed by the quality and how gorgeous it is and I would love to know if plum paper planner uses like theirs because I might be making a planner switch for the new year!
